Meet Harmony Tope
Growing up in a musical and faith based family, Harmony began singing in church at the age of 4. While in still in high school, Harmony was invited to perform on the Johnnie High Country Music Revue where a young LeAnn Rimes once appeared as a regular guest. After finishing high school Harmony chose to attend Media Tech Institute so that she could learn more about the music business. Upon completing the courses she received her certification as an Audio Engineer for the areas of Music, TV and Film, and Songwriting Production. After a brief internship at a local Austin recording studio she began to feel God's call to put together a band in the Austin area. Citizens 3:20 (Phil. 3:20) made a name for themselves playing in Austin and other cities across Texas. They were a featured artist at the 2007 Austin Artist Showcase put on by The River 102.3 one of Austin's favorite radio stations. She is currently playing her music around Austin and is a featured vocalist at her church, Shoreline Christian Center, a mega church located in Austin.
With the help of Austin artist Josh Caldwell Harmony's debut CD "Wounded Healer" was released earlier this year. The songs are "catchy" very likeable, and have great radio potential.
Her greatest desire is to use God's gift of music to bring Him glory and to bring others into relationship with Him.
She plans to take her Ministry to youth camps, churches, festivals, and coffee houses throughout Texas and the South for the remainder of 2010. Given how good "Wounded Healer" is, God has big plans for the very talented singer-songwriter and the best is yet to come!
